برای دسترسی به سیستم گلستان، نیاز به استفاده از مرورگر اینترنت اکسپلورر هست.( که بعید میدونم دیگه کسی برای کارای روزمره از اکسپلورر استفاده کنه و دلیل این وفاداری سیستم گلستان به این مرورگر رو هیچوقت نفهمیدم )
مرورگر اکسپلورر لب تاپم هیچ صفحه ای رو باز نمیکرد و این پیام رو می داد

با یه سرچ کوچیک رسیدم به این صفحه که با راه حل اولش مشکلم برطرف شد.
اینجا مینویسم که شاید شخص دیگه ای که دچار این مشکل شده راحت تر مشکلش حل بشه.

If you are facing network issue "The remote device or resource won't
accept the connection" on Google Chrome or IE (Internet Explorer), don't

Top Solution 1: Reset LAN settings in IE
If the proxy settings in Internet Explorer were changed, this issue can
occur. In this case, resetting the settings would fix the issue.
Follow steps below to configure the proxy settings in IE:
1. Open IE browser.
2. Click Tools (gear-wheel)icon at the top right corner of the browser window. And select Internet options on the drop-down menu.
3. Click Connections tab and click LAN settings button.
4. In Proxy server section, uncheck the box next to Use a proxy server for your LAN.
5. In Automatic configuration section, check the box next to Automatically detect settings. Then click OK button.
Solution 1 would most probably fix this network issue. If it doesn't work for you, try Solution 2.
Top Solution 2: Disable Antivirus Software
Some antivirus software may also be the cause. If you are running any
antivirus software, disable them and see if the issue persists.
